Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at izzystoreco@yahoo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Air-conditioning appliances
- Home & household appliances
- Electronic products
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

損壞與問題

例外情況／不可退貨商品

我們亦不接受危險物料、易燃液體或氣體的退貨。若您對特定商品有疑問或顧慮，請與我們聯絡。
很遺憾，我們不接受特價商品或禮品卡的退貨。
換貨
最快的方法是先退回您現有的商品，一旦退貨獲接受，您可另行購買所需的新商品。
歐盟 14 天冷靜期
儘管有上述規定，若商品運送至歐盟境內，您有權在 14 天內取消或退回訂單，原因不限，亦無需提供理由。與前述相同，商品必須保持與您收到時相同的狀態 —— 未穿戴或未使用，附有標籤，並保留原始包裝。您還需要提供收據或購買憑證。
退款
我們會在收到並檢查您的退貨後通知您退款是否獲批准。若獲批准，退款將於 10 個工作天內自動退回至您的原始付款方式。請注意，您的銀行或信用卡公司可能需要額外時間處理並入賬退款。
